EFT Practice Group

Have you heard about EFT and want more practice in applying it?

Join our weekly EFT Practice Group  It is open to anyone who wants to try out using EFT in a group setting. No knowledge of EFT is needed, since you do it on a 'tap along' basis.

This group uses something unique to EFT, known as Borrowing Benefits.

This process takes each person's work much deeper than the parallel processing that happens in talk therapy groups. As you tap along with the person who is the focus, your energy system is cleared at the level where your own similar wounds are actually stored. Even though you are repeating words designed for someone else, your unconscious interprets the words according to your own experience, so your own similar issues get healed, without you even focusing on them consciously. This phenomenon has been repeatedly demonstrated in EFT groups. It multiplies enormously the effectiveness of EFT when you do it in a group.

This is a weekly 2 hour on-going group, with a month-to-month commitment.

This course is taught by Steven Kessler, MFT # 23008, the Director of the EFT Therapy Center.  Steven has been a licensed therapist for over 25 years and has studied many different healing modalities, including the Enneagram, Character Structure, energy psychology and TFT (Thought Field Therapy), the precursor of EFT.   He was credentialed by Gary Craig as a Level 2 Certified EFT Practitioner, the first in California and sixth worldwide to earn that certification.   Since Gary's retirement, he has been certified as an EFT Advanced Practitioner by Tina Craig at ACEP and as an EFT Expert & Trainer by EFT Universe.
